Christmas turkey with chestnuts and mince

1 turkey (about 3 kg)
# For the filling:
100 g veal
100 g pork
100 g bacon
750 g chestnut
3-4 cloves garlic
100 g mushrooms
salt, pepper
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp paprika

For the filling is ground beef, pork and bacon. Chestnuts is cleaved slightly with a knife and boil in salted water. Peel and smash mashed. To this was added the milled products, crushed garlic, finely chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper. Turkey filled with this mixture and sutured. smeared with the oil, salt and paprika, pre-mixed in a bowl. The turkey is placed in a tray and pour it around a little sunflower oil and water. Bake in moderate oven (200-210 C) from time to time be watered with sauce pan. Bake for about 3 hours.

stuffing becomes really very tasty. Chestnuts give a very pleasant taste and aroma. Worth pamper family for the holidays :)

Can be baked in an envelope?

It can be baked in an envelope. After baking cut him off to become baked crust. You only need to find a large enough bag for baking. In these normal to me collect only A round of turkey :)
