Coconut curry soup with balls

Ingredients
# For the marbles:
500 g beef
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt, curry, cinnamon, ground cloves and black pepper
1 egg
60 g breadcrumbs (may be omitted)
# For the soup:
2 tsp garam masala and turmeric
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 handful curry leaves
1 liter of water or broth
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 Limei (lime) or lemon
finely chopped chili pepper
salt to taste
peanut sunflower oil

Method
Beads: All the ingredients except the meat was pureed and added to the minced meat. Knead well and form balls. Leave to stand in a cool take spices can be stored in a refrigerator until the next day. Garam masala can you replace it with something? Furthermore soup gets you - eat from a bowl with a spoon or curry dish - a dish with more sauce, which is served with rice or flat bread?

Garam masala contain cardamom, cloves, cumin, black pepper and cinnamon. In some cases, coriander, chili and Zafra. If you add them all separately, should be obtained. Becomes soup that can be served under EU or in deeper bowls, chopsticks are made marbles and liquid sip - on Asian.

Many good recipes suggest, but fall short of ingredients that are not with us :)
