1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
2 and 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 vanilla
# For glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
vanilla
raspberry jam for gluing
red sugar decoration

Method
The butter mixed with flour and crushed until a fine crumbs. Add coconut, sugar, lightly beaten egg and vanilla. Kneads dough. On floured countertop rolled crust with a thickness of 3 to 6 mm. Cut a heart-cutter, which, in any cutting is dipped into flour. Half of the cookies may be cut in the middle with a small heart-shaped and after being baked, can be stuck together with the jam raspberries dense cores.
