# For the base:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder (5 g)
80 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 small egg
# For the filling:
500 g cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 yolks
1 tbsp semolina or flour
100 g of sour cream or drained yogurt
# soufflé:
3 egg whites
5 tbsp caster sugar

For the base: Sift the flour with the baking powder. In the middle is done well, add cold butter, cut into small pieces and triturated with flour to yield oily crumbs. Then put the sugar and egg.
