Crackers with cheddar and Dijon mustard

Ingredients
240 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
60 g cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
250 ml milk

Method
The BBQ oven is placed in the middle of the oven and heat to 230 C. Suitable baking tray is stood with paper baking. Flour mixed with baking powder and salt. To it add butter pieces and using a knife stir well. Add cheddar and parsley. Then add the cold milk and Dijon Mustard. Again mix well. Of the mixture scoop spoonfuls and discharged on litter tray. From this mixture 12 out cookies of the same size. Cookies bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Serve warm with butter.
