Cream soup of potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
150-200 ml milk
50-60 g butter
salt
nutmeg
pepper
croutons

Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. After boiling smash and Strain. Add milk and put to boil again and add fried butter. Finally, add nutmeg and pepper. Serve hot with croutons.
