Wash and Strain 2/3 of the strawberries. The cottage cheese is stirred at fluffy and thereto in small portions was added fruit purée. Add the honey in a thin stream, while stirring continuously. If honey is sugared, pre-melt in a water bath. The finished cream is poured into bowls and garnish with remaining strawberries.
