Ingredients
250 g cream
100 g yogurt
250 g marinated mushrooms
2 boiled eggs
dill
1 marinated red pepper
lemon
pepper
salt
Method
Cream mix with yogurt milk and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Add 4/5 of the mushrooms, cut into small strips, one egg and some dill, finely chopped. Everything is mixed and distributed in glass cups or glasses. Garnish with pickled pepper, the remaining mushrooms, egg, lemon and fennel.
