Cucumber salad in Korean

Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp caster sugar
3 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp susamavo sunflower oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
Cucumber washed but not peeled. Cut stalks of 5 cm in height, and then into slices. Then each slice is cut into sticks. These rods are placed in a colander and sprinkle evenly with salt. Cucumber is left to drain for 30 minutes. At this time the dressing is made from the other products in a separate bowl and mix well. Cucumber salad is transferred in a bowl and pour the dressing. Mix thoroughly and transferred to plates to serve.
