Cutlet with smoked brisket and vegetables

Ingredients
500 g minced meat mixture
1 egg
salt
pepper
parsley
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 apple
4-5 mushrooms
1 slice dry white bread without sheet
4 slices (about 100 g) smoked brisket
frying oil
flour
Method
Cleaned and finely chopped onion, carrot, apple and mushroom sauté in a little oil and a pinch of salt until soft, from time to time is added 1-2 tbsp hot water. Minced meat, egg, bread, salt, parsley and a pinch of pepper knead well. The mixture was allowed to stand for 30 minutes and it was formed 4 patty. Rolled in flour and fry in small tigancheta only on one side. Pay and top put stewed vegetable mixture. Cover with slices of smoked breast and bake in a hot oven for ten minutes. Served in tiganchetata.
