Method
Cleaned, washed and peeled pumpkin cut into pieces. Ranks in the jar (800 or 400 ml) and pour water to the upper curve of the jar. Sweetened to taste with sweetener uses undergoing a heat treatment. Returns sugar water in the jar, close the airtight cap. Boil for five minutes. In addition compote, pumpkin can be used for stuffing pie, pumpkin pie. With the syrup can be syrupy diabetic pastries and cakes. For a jar of 800 ml use 1 coffee spoon Polysweet.
