Dough sandwich pocket

Ingredients
500 g flour
20 g yeast
200 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp honey (optional)
3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
All dough products are kept at room temperature for about 1 hour. Dissolve the yeast in half milk with honey and sugar. Sprinkle with flour and allowed to rise. Blended into a soft elastic dough that rises, covered with cloth. It tear balls as ping pong. Roll out circles of 1 cm thick and a diameter of about 12 cm. The middle of a circle is smeared with a little sunflower oil, taking care not to coat all sides and edges. Put it another circle on top and the two rolled up to 1 cm. Spread lightly on both sides with sunflower oil and bake in a hot pan. Before filling is cut into two in the middle, so as to obtain a 2 pocket. Is filling of your choice.

This recipe has become our favorite, but with little change. Roll balls as put cheese and sealed in the same way, slightly boring and broil patties are like.
