Ingredients
1 carrot
pickles 2
100 g ham
100 g mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornmeal
1/2 cup milk
salt
Method
Eggs, milk, flour and salt are broken and fry one large pancake. Once cool smeared with mayonnaise on it and rank cut into thin strips carrot pickles and ham. Pancake rolled up and cut into slices splayed 3-4 cm wide, turned up and arranged on a plate, like a flower. Optional can decorate with parsley twigs.
