Ingredients
3 heads onion, cut into crescents
1 sprig fresh garlic cloves old or 1-2

Method
Stews the onion, garlic and parsley in the oil until soft. Lightly salting with a pinch of salt. When the onion begins to become golden add the vinegar or honey. Stir until slightly caramelized, but not more than one minute, because then the onions will cook more and caramelization is likely to give a light bitterness. Great yummy obtain. Thanks for the recipe shared. Ham tasty, yet fast - just great. The only thing I missed the recipe was balsamic vinegar, because I did, and I thought that with honey sweet and so will not put. Bravo!
