Festive Cocktail

Ingredients
300 g chicken (boiled, roasted or smoked)
1/3 cup yogurt
100 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato paste
10 olives
2 tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
parsley for garnish
1/2 tsp mustard
5 lettuce leaves
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken is cleaned of bones and cut into small cubes. Tomato paste diluted with yogurt and mix with mayonnaise. The resulting mixture is seasoned with half of the olive (free of stones and finely chopped), mustard, pepper and salt. In the set of cocktail glasses are placed lettuce leaves - well washed and dried, cut into two or three parts, depending on their size to no more than 3-4 cm above the cup. Then put some meat, some mayonnaise, chopped meat and the rest remaining mayonnaise mixture. Cocktail garnished with red tomato, olives and parsley leaves.
