Feta cheese in pots

Ingredients
180 g feta cheese
90 g butter
5 eggs
pepper
salt
Method
Yolks are placed in heated butter and fry half a minute, then add the grated feta cheese, salt , pepper and cook until mixture thickens. Add 1 beaten snow egg white mixture to cool, add the other broken egg whites, the mixture is distributed in 4 small fireproof pots and bake in moderate oven about half an hour.
