Fire banana pudding

Ingredients
500 g biscuits
3 tbsp liqueur fruit (banana, cherry, peach)
5 ripe bananas
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
juice of 1 lemon
# For flamed:
20 g fruit liqueur from that used with biscuits
1 tsp sugar
Method
Biscuits sprinkled with 3 tbsp liqueur. Arrange in a greased with butter refractory form the bottom and the walls are placed close to each other in a vertical position. The bananas are peeled, cut into pieces and broken by a mixer with 3 tbsp sugar, lemon juice and egg yolks to yield a thick foam. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and carefully added to the bananas. Pour the mixture over biscuits. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated moderate oven. The finished pudding should be golden brown. Before flamed alcohol must be well heated. Watered it hot pudding and ignited. To already put out the blaze add 1 tsp sugar, so flames will posazhivyat and their previously more.
