Fish BBQ with walnut sauce Echenitsa

Ingredients
5 fillets of mackerel
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp butter
1 cup walnuts
1 head of garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
5 chillies
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Fish immersed in the oil and then baked strong BBQ. Prepare a sauce of finely chopped walnuts, which are flooded with 30-40 ml hot water, add chopped garlic, parsley, vinegar, melted butter and salt and pepper to taste. All stir well and pour this sauce finished fish. Serve with a side dish of boiled potatoes, a slice of lemon and roasted chili pepper.
