Fish with zelenishi

Ingredients
800 g - 1 kg pangasius fillet (or other fish)
500 g zelenishi - nettle, spinach, rhubarb, etc..
1 clove garlic (a sprig of fresh garlic)
1 cup cream
1 tsp grated lemon peel
lemon juice
olive oil or sunflower oil
salt, spices to taste - a seasoning for fish, lovage, etc.

Method
Fillets thaw (not completely, not very tender), dry, sprayed with lemon, sprinkle with salt and spices of your choice. Zelenishite thoroughly wash and blanched for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water (I used salt bush). Drain them, pour cold water, drain again, squeeze well and finely. In the heated olive stew for a few seconds chopped garlic and add zelenishite. After 3-4 minutes, season with salt and optional with pepper and remove from heat. cream mixed with grated lemon peel.
