Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red pepper, green pepper 1/2 and 1/2 yellow pepper
8 eggs
salt, pepper

Method
Preparing flowers pepper and eggs begins with washing peppers. Cut peppers into 2 cm washers and cleaned of seeds and the white central part. Heat oil in a pan and place the peppers in it for a few seconds. The peppers are roasted on both sides. breaks egg in a bowl, taking care not to hurt the delicate yolk and pour into a slice of pepper. Continue this for all the eggs. Capped with a lid during cooking eggs on medium heat, flavor with salt and pepper. Serve immediately after removing from the pan.
