Ingredients
2 potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp corn syrup (glucose or honey)
2 cup water
Frying fat

Method
Cut fries on the known size of McDonald's. In a bowl mix 2 cups water with 1/2 cup sugar and corn syrup (I used honey). Put chopped potatoes inside and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes. During this time the fryer heat up to maximum. It warms put fries for 1.5 minutes. Then cool them in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. Again boil fryer maximum and fry until golden in color. * If you use more potatoes corresponding increase products. I did four potatoes and doubled respectively.
