Fresh onion oven

Ingredients
500 g onion
sunflower oil
3-4 tomatoes
2-3 tsp parsley
salt
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup milk
cheese 200 g
Method
About 1/2 kg onions, clean, washed and coarsely chopped, fried with 5-6 tablespoons fat. When the onion is tender, add salt, 3-4 red tomatoes, cut into slices, and 2-3 tablespoons parsley. The mixture is stirred, pour into greased baking dish with butter and put to bake in moderate oven. After about 15 minutes the dish is removed from the oven and pour the smooth whipped mixture of 3 eggs, 2 tbsp flour and 1 and 1/2 cup milk. Dopicha in a hot oven and before withdrawing sprinkle with grated cheese.
