Ingredients
600 g minced meat chicken
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
2-3 tbsp cream
2 eggs
salt
pepper
grated nutmeg
breadcrumbs

Method
Frying chopped meat is kneaded with bread soaked in cream, 1 egg, spices and salt to taste and let stand for 1-2 hours. Formed into balls that are rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg and the second in breadcrumbs and fry until golden color in very hot fat.
