Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
80 g butter or margarine
3 yolks
250 g sugar
400 g flour
30 g yeast
3 tbsp milk
40 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla
butter for frying
Method
Dissolve yeast with a little milk and flour and allowed to rise. Mix with mixer the butter with the sugar. Add the egg yolks one by one, strained cottage cheese, flour and yeast leavening already. Dough is kneaded, which was allowed to stand in a warm for about 30 minutes. Formed into balls that are fried in heated butter. Fried cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar and vanilla.
