Fried onion bag

Ingredients
600-700 g cow's udder
1 carrot
1 slice of chervil leaves 1-2
2 onions
parsley
salt
paprika
few peppercorns
piece of bay leaf
fat frying
Method
Udder Wash and cut into chunks. Prepare a decoction of 1 onion, carrot, chervil, black and red pepper, bay leaf, salt and water. In the boiling potion placed pieces of udder and cook until tender, then peel and cut into julienne. In the heated fat fry until golden color second onion, finely chopped. Add udder and fry 5-8 minutes, add salt and away from the fire. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley and partitioned into warmed bowls.
