Ingredients
          1 cup (235 ml) flour of chickpeas
          1 tbsp rice flour
          1 tsp chili powder
          salt
          1 pinch baking powder
          1 tbsp butter
          1/2 large onion
          butter (sunflower oil) for frying

          Method
              Finely chop large bars (sticks). In a bowl, mix ingredients, 1 tbsp butter is added melted. To the mixture is added 3/4 cup water and mix well. Each onion dip stick in the breading (cover with a thin layer of breading) and fry in a deep frying pan on medium-high heat until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.       1 cup = 235 ml
