Fried rice with chicken and eggs

1/2 Chicken
200 g long-grain basmati rice
3 eggs
1 carrot
1 handful of soy sprouts
1/2 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp захар
# For the marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch white pepper
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Cut chicken cut into strips. Wash rice 5-6 times until the water is clear. Boil at low until rice swell and retired from the heat. Wait 10 minutes and stir with a fork. Allow to cool. Cut onions and garlic finely, and carrots - julienne. Heat the oil in a wok pan (deep fried), fried marinated chicken. In the same oil fry the vegetables by placing them in the following order - onions, garlic, carrots and eggs. Add salt, sprinkle with spices. Add soy sprouts, chicken and cold rice. Stir briefly. Optional sprinkle with chopped green onions.

How long stay in a chicken marinade? Rice is allowed to cool after the drain, right? 3 eggs are not a lot of vegetables that amount?

When I became slednogo: meat with the marinade for about 2 hours in the refrigerator, rice took all the liquid and does not need to drain, and if you do not like eggs is not fatal to them propusnesh- today I forgot to add: )

I love eggs, but I thought that would happen omelets ... Thanks, I'll do it and see how this will work. Will report on the outcome ...

:) frying vegetables is shifted to one side of the pan and into the clear space Tap eggs. Once the proteins are white stir eggs until they become pieces or another version- can make eggs and omelets to cut the strips.
