Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
100 g flour
2 eggs
salt
50 g sesame
5 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
2 cloves garlic

Method
Chicken fillet cut into julienne . Julien rolled in flour, dip in beaten eggs and rolled in sesame. Can be placed in 10-ish minutes in the freezer. After removing fry until golden. Drain on paper. Grind the garlic and add to scrambled mayonnaise and yogurt. Julien serves optional swamped with sauce or it is served separately in a suitable container. * I used ready breaded with sesame.

I ate such slices in a restaurant in Pravets liked me and I decided to make them at home. It was not very difficult to propose how to prepare. :) They got the same-crispy and delicious and the sauce is even more delicious.
