Fruit layered cake with cottage cheese

# For the dough:
100 g sugar
1 vanilla
egg 1
2 yolks
250 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
# For glaze:
3 egg whites
150 g of powdered sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp chopped almonds
# For the cream:
300 g currants or cherries
rind and juice of 1 lemon
10 g gelatin
300 g cottage cheese
150 g fruit yogurt
100 ml cream
50 g of powdered sugar
For the dough: The butter mix with sugar, vanilla, egg and egg yolks. Mix the flour with baking powder and added to the mixture, and milk. Knead into a soft dough. Divide into two parts.
