Grated potatoes with cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g peeled potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp starch
salt
50 g butter
500 g cottage cheese
4 tbsp cream
herbs
40 g onion
pepper
Method
Potatoes, grate finely, drained, put in a bowl and knead well with eggs, starch and salt. Formed into small flat buns. The fat was heated in a suitable vessel at 600 W for 3 minutes. Pour a potato buns and fry at 600 W and includes an electric oven (250 C) for 10 minutes. The cottage cheese is placed in a bowl and mix well with the cream, chopped herbs and onions, add salt and pepper. Serve separately to potato buns. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.
