Gummy chicken liver

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
100 g butter
500 ml broth
1 boiled egg
1 boiled carrot
parsley
pepper
25 g gelatin
Method
Livers sauté in the butter, pour broth and again stew. Add the melted gelatin and salt it. Remove from heat and stir until the mixture cool. It filled glass bowls, the bottom of which previously put half-frozen jelly, decorated with slices of egg, parsley, carrot slices, black pepper. Bowls are placed in the refrigerator to gel livers.
