Hake white wine

Ingredients
2 hake
60 g butter
2-3 carrots
1-2 onions
1 tbsp flour
1 cup white wine
salt, pepper
parsley, bay leaf
Method
The butter, chopped carrots and onions are placed in a pan and fry. When the onion is browned, sprinkle with flour and pour the wine. Once the sauce boil, leave 20 minutes on low heat. During this time the fish is cut into pieces, add salt, put it pepper and ranks in the pan. Fish pour prepared sauce by adding parsley and bay leaf to taste. Bake in a hot oven.
