Ingredients
          1 eggplant
          1 zucchini (green zucchini)
          5-6 large field mushrooms
          1 onion
          3 cloves garlic
          250-300 g ham
          1 small hot pepper or 1 tsp chili powder
          1 tbsp basil and parsley
          1 tbsp butter
          salt
          olive oil

          Method
              Onions, garlic and chilli pepper cut into very thin slices. Eggplant and zucchini cut into cubes. Ham cut into thin strips, sliced mushrooms.   In a pan heat a little olive oil, fry the onions and garlic. Place a ham, add vegetables to fry caught deposits and make about 200 ml water. Add salt, put it pepper (chili), boil about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water evaporates and the vegetables are soft. Add mushrooms, fried is stirring, a few more minutes. To put the butter and chopped parsley and basil, leave a few minutes to absorb flavors.     * I use turkey ham, which is slightly smoky.   * You at the last minute to add a few whole cherry tomatoes.
