Hanski spit

Ingredients
1 kg pork
4-5 pickles
200 g mushrooms
3-4 onions
a few slices of ham Elena
# For the marinade:
1/2 tbsp mustard
2 bay leaves
1 tsp savory
1 tsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 pinches of sugar
2-3 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp pepper and paprika
Method
The meat is cut into oblong, uniform pieces and place in bowl . Of mustard, white wine, black and red pepper, sugar, dried and crushed bay leaves, vinegar and the oil is cooked marinade in which chopped meat is allowed to stand for 2-3 hours. Onions and mushrooms (if large) cut in half. In cut into thin pieces Elena round put of marinated meat and wrap rolls. Strung on a skewer, alternating with onion and mushrooms and finished skewers bake BBQ.
