Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 kg sour apples
500 g blood sausage
2-3 onions
40 g salo
salt
pinch of sugar
Method
Potatoes and apples are peeled, chopped and separately sauté until soft. Drain the potatoes and smash good apples Strain and beat with fluffy mashed potatoes. Season with salt and a little sugar. Salo cubes melt, they fry onion circles and the blood sausage. Serve with apple-potato puree.
