Ingredients
500 g salted herring (maceration 24 hours in water)
2-3 onions
2-3 pickles
2-3 apples
250 ml milk
1 bay leaf
pepper beans
lemon juice
Method
Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Ranks in the tray herring and vegetables on it. Pour the milk with spices and lemon juice. Stir gently and left for several hours in the cold.
