Ingredients
1 veal shank
2 cup chickpeas
7-8 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp dry ginger
1 tsp ground cumin
1/3 cup sunflower oil
chili sauce or cayenne pepper optional
salt
pepper
fresh coriander
parsley

Method
Sliced knuckle put to boil in 1 liter of cold salted water and foam formed by boiling remove with a slotted spoon . Chickpeas wash well and soak the evening in water to swell. In the morning was drained and added to the meat. Put it to boil in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Open the pot and add all the spices and the oil again and boil for 30 minutes until the fat remains.

Tasty dish! I tried it, but without spices turmeric, coriander and ginger. I love chickpeas and beef that I liked. Very nice recipe!
