500 g potatoes
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
40 g butter
100 ml milk
salt
Method
250 g potatoes are put in salted cold water and cook . Other potato peel and grate. The liquid is squeezed into a bowl. Leave to precipitate the starch and carefully poured water. Mix smashed boiled potatoes, grated potatoes, starch potatoes, melted butter and warm milk. Mix everything well. Kneaded with flour, mixed with salt and baking powder. Rolled buns are 1 cm thick and 15-20 cm diameter. Bake in a Teflon pan on both sides until golden brown on medium heat.
