Jam blueberries

Ingredients
2 kg blueberries
2.4 kg sugar
800 ml water

Method
Blueberries are cleaned, then washed thoroughly with cold water and drain well in a sieve. Blanched for 5 minutes in boiling water to soften. Pour hot syrup prepared from sugar and water in which the blanched. Boil to thicken the syrup and jam, still hot, pour in dry and warm jars, which were immediately closed. May be sterilized for 5 minutes.
