Kebab of pork with rice

Ingredients
1 kg pork
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 onions
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp flour
pepper
pepper
1 cup Rice
1/3 cup butter
salt

Method
Cut the meat into chunks and fry in the oil with chopped onion. Add consecutively and fry the flour and tomato sauce. Add salt and spice and red pepper. Pour hot water enough to cover the meat and boil on medium heat. Rice fry in the butter until translucent. Salt and pour 3 cups hot water and boiled over low heat. Serve in a glass put the meat, supplemented with rice and pressed well, then the cup is inverted saucer. Watered top with sauce kebab.

Again it prepared, but this time separately (last time meat and rice were together). It is more tasty. And now first zaparzhih meat, I added green onions, salt and water and boiled. Then flour and other ingredients, because if I put the flour in advance and my tan, and now get perfect. You learn from your mistakes :) Instead home. I put mashed smooth chutney and a pinch of sugar. This time definitely get better. :)
