Kulfi ice cream (Kulfi)

Ingredients
600 ml whole milk
740 ml condensed milk
600 ml sweetened condensed milk
8 slices of bread (without sheet)
3 tsp cardamom (seeds)
pinch saffron (optional)
pinch of salt
4 tbsp finely ground pistachios
10 cardamom pods
3 cinnamon sticks
pistachios for sprinkling in serving

Method
Saffron sprinkle one cup of whole milk and leave to prepare the other ingredients. In a saucepan mix the milk, cardamom, salt and pistachios. Cinnamon sticks and cardamom pods are placed in herbal ball (strainer) tea and put into the milk mixture. Add the milk with saffron. Boil, then allowed to simmer for 10-15 minutes while stirring and taking care not to burn. Herbal strainer is removed and added fragmented pieces of bread (Salzach). Remove from heat and leave for 5-10 minutes - the bread to be soaked well. Mix in blender (maybe a few times) and poured into a plastic mold with lids or cups of coffee or tea. Once cool, put in the freezer (if used without a lid forms must be covered with a plastic tray or fresh foil). Small forms are finished in 4 hours, and the larger the next day.
