Lamb with spinach and rice

Ingredients
500-600 g lamb
2 onions or 1 bunch green onions
1 cup Rice
500 g spinach
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp mint
salt
2-3 tomatoes

Method
Cut the meat into portions and boiled. Broth strain. During this time, stew the finely chopped onion in a little sunflower oil, water and salt. When soft add wash the rice and lightly fry. Insert the red pepper. Pour a cup 4 broth, meat and chopped spinach. When the rice is ready add chopped tomatoes. Boil until tender. Finally added and mint. * The meat can be fried and used shortening eating itself.
