Layered cake from Charlotte biscuit

Ingredients
200 g biscuit
500 ml milk
150 g of powdered sugar
2 vanilla
lemon 1
2 apples
2 bananas
2 eggs
60 g butter
cream for decoration
Method
Warm milk with sugar and vanilla. Pour over crushed biscuits and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Pribavet be peeled and cut into small pieces and apples peeled and cut into thin slices bananas. Stir and add the grated rind and juice of lemon. Put them yolks, melted butter, and finally beaten egg whites. Mix and pour into greased with butter form for Charlotte. Bake 45 minutes in a hot oven in a water bath. After removing from the tray is decorated with cream and fruit of your choice.
