Layered cake * Dolce Vita *

# For the base:
4 eggs
150 g sugar
100 g flour
75 g starch
20 g cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
fat spreadable form
# For the filling :
1 cup cherries from the compote
500 g desalted feta cheese
30 g starch
30-60 g sugar
3 vanilla
200 g sour cream
50 g grated bitter chocolate
For the base: yolks and whites separated. Whip with 4 tbsp water, add a little sugar. Separately, beat egg yolks with the flour, cocoa, baking powder and starch. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake about 30 minutes in the preheated oven to 180C. For the filling: cherries are drained and juice remains (about 700 ml). Starch was stirred with 100 ml juice. Other juice is boiled with 30 g sugar and thickened with starch. Add cherries, stir and leave to cool. The feta cheese, vanilla and 60 g of sugar, mix thoroughly. Mix with cream prior shattered. The base is divided into three. Arranged on the first half of the cherries and 1/3 of the cream. Cover with a second base, on which also rank cherries and cream. Cover with a third base, which is coated with the remainder of the cream. Cake stand four hours in the cold. Serve decorated with grated chocolate.
