Layered cake with raspberry snow

Ingredients
150 g butter
80 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ammonia soda
200 g flour
1-2 vanilla
compote syrup or sugar syrup to moisten the base
150 ml milk
48 g pastry cream flavored cream of Dr. Oetker
2 cup raspberries

Method
The butter mix with powdered sugar. Add successively one by one the eggs, ammonia soda, flour and vanilla. The mixture is stirred well, pour into a greased and floured cake form with a diameter of 20 cm. Broil to pale pink in a moderate oven. dry cream mix with cold milk according to package directions. Add pre-crushed 1-1 and 1/2 cup raspberries. The mixture is stirred gently. cool base is moist with syrup. Cover with raspberry snow, smoothed and decorated with larger berries. * The dough for the base can be divided into two parts and bake two separately the base. * Instead of raspberries can be used strawberries.
