Ingredients
500 g boiled chicken
1 small onion
2 eggs
1 cup ground almonds
2 tbsp brandy
5 tbsp mayonnaise
salt
pepper
Tabasco sauce
pitted black olives
Method
Chicken Grind the onion is cut, hard-boiled eggs and olives smash cut. Chicken, onion, eggs, almonds and brandy mix in deep bowl and mix well. Add mayonnaise to obtain thick homogeneous mixture. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste. The paste is placed in a suitable dish, garnish with chopped olives and cooled well before serving.
