Ingredients
          4 sprigs (400 g) leek
          2 tbsp (20 g) flour
          60 g butter
          3/4 cup (150 g) feta cheese
          2 eggs
          1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
          pepper
          salt

          Method
              Leek, finely chopped, pour 6 cups hot salted water and boil until soft. Add flour, stewed in fat until golden in color. After 5-6 minutes add the grated feta cheese. The broth is removed from the heat and thicken with beaten eggs and yogurt. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
