Lettuce in Vienna

Ingredients
600 g of lettuce
30 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1/2 onion
soup
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
sugar
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Lettuce cut lengthwise into halves, place in boiling water and cook a little. Strain and creased. Chopped onion and parsley fried in butter, sprinkle flour, fry, the bay with broth and milk and boil until a thick sauce. Add finely chopped lettuce, sugar, salt, pepper and boil a little.
