Liquor papaya

Ingredients
225 g sugar
250 ml water
3 fruit papaya, ripe
750 ml white rum
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp limontozu
Method
The water and sugar to boil until the liquid is clear and leave to cool. The fruits are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into thin slices. Slices are divided into two jars of 1 liter with screw caps. Distributed and honey limontozuto, syrup and rum. The jars are closed tightly and stay 3-4 weeks. Then everything is filtered through a fine sieve, the fruit was ground. Stayed another day and filtered through a coffee filter or several times pleated fine cheesecloth. Pour into bottles. Best is if you stand for one month.
