Marinated chicken with yogurt

Ingredients
250 g chicken
6-7 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp Chicken masala (mixture of Indian spices) or a mixture of spices of your choice
salt

Method
Chicken chop chunks and mix with 3-4 tbsp pre whipped milk, spices and salt. Marinate 3-4 hours. Subtract from the marinade and fry in a dry frying pan until browned. Before removing from heat add the milk from the marinade and optional another 2-3 tbsp milk. Mix and immediately take off from the heat. Optional sprinkle with fresh herbs.

What does this mixture of spices, I have not seen her?

ready and I have not seen, but some time ago I did a similar thing in the yogurt was put-ginger, curry, turmeric, 1-2 grains cloves, crushed. But I then bake it with marinade itself-as tandoori chicken thing, but not exactly :)

tonight will try it but with swine kotleti- it completely changed the recipe ... but will give you a result :)

regularly do such a marinade, but then breaded, now tried and so it is ideal :)
